Pros

Management always seems to genuinely care about the workers, there's a huge emphasis on safety and about making sure everybody goes home with all their limbs at the end of the day. Big culture of CI and Lean, I enjoy going to work everyday.

Cons

Raises are few and far in between. The economy sucks right now so it is what it is.

The management are unprofessional, unethical and micro managers. The environment is toxic and though management appears friendly, do not be deceived.
