They don't care at all when they ship you to one of the clients.

Cons

ZERO job security. ZERO Transparency. Generally they work with companies who don't want to take responsibility of employees so they hire candidates from GeekTrust and then when the work is done they will kick you out of their system and hence you get kicked out of GeekTrust's system. They target people who are part of layoff and are bit desperate for a job take them in loop use them and again kick them out. It's better to be Jobless for a month or two more then working with GeekTrust. It was my biggest mistake to join GeekTrust.

Pros

Keeps employees first over work. Very encouraging managers and team. Culture and team was also good. Made wonderful friends here. Founders and upper management are also really helpful.

Cons

Small company but very slow processes. Some things take weeks to do which can be done in a day.

if they are offering you role in thoughtworks then dont join, as per their website they claim you will become permeant in TW after 6 months but that is not guaranteed. i have suffered a lot due to this.
