Lack of Leadership. No parking for non-management and not located on a public transport route. Very high turnover. Students and grads taken on to carry out the roles of far more experienced staff with little to no support. Not the job advertised.

The owners are horrible people. They scream at employees in the middle of the office on regular occasions. They don’t pay on time as a power trip. They constantly play mind games with you. The staff turnover is very high because most people don’t last 9 months. I had to go to therapy after this.
