Classic. A textbook example of a company claiming to be on the employee's side, promising to listen to their concerns, and proving to be utterly incompetent and selfish.
One example from the top: The CEO was more obsessed with sales than with creating a quality product or managing his employees well. He would always brag about how much money the company was making, even during the pandemic. But when the end of the year came with our expected annual raises--SURPRISE!--Genea was all-of-a-sudden not doing so well.
Management touted their own transparency, but they lied to us the entire time. Management assured us that our concerns about being understaffed were heard, but they waited over six months to hire an inadequate number of people. Management promised that we were one big, happy family, but they only cared about enriching themselves. As a result of this lack of true leadership and common sense business practices, the company is now on a downward trajectory towards self-implosion--it's just a matter of time.
