Only pro is the other poor souls you get to work with because we’re all going through it together and the only joy you get out of it is when one of you get an interview for another job

Pros

The occasional wfh days you can get but even at that you’re still micromanaged. Get to work with some others of similar age that also don’t enjoy anything about the job

Cons

Just about everything. Rats/ mice in the office, I cleaner once every 2/3 months, salaries are shocking, micromanaging from the one member of senior management, very questionable payroll and pay schemes, difficult to get any work done when 90% of the companies/ colleges they have worked with in the past hate them now.
