The location of the HQ office and some other benefits such as flexible working hours and yearly bounce
Cons
A toxic work environment, low impact programmes, a micromanagement style, gossiping, management are spending too much energy on employees and policies instead of switching all that energy to the actual work, and a micromanagement style
GFP was one of the most toxic work environments I have ever been in. I was expected to be available and work overtime during weekends, holidays, and evenings. If any type of mistake was made it fell on the junior team members. There is a lot of infighting between departments and oftentimes you are barred from completing an assigned task due to a lack of cooperation between staff. There also was a lot of favoritism towards staff that were European and blatant disrespect towards staff that were local, especially if they were not strong in English,
The organization use to be my dream place to work at, the use to have great working environment, staff who use to be committed but everything changed since late 2018
Cons
Since late 2018 as the organization recruited some new senior management staff, the environment started to be very toxic, not healthy to work at, they are ready to let people go with no notice
