Pros
Fresher can work here maximum 3 or 4 month in the learning stage. After worked here fresher should be change immediate because fresher can update to challenges and own skills and knowledge for better companies.it is just like company only.
Cons
As an employee in this company. I have completed 6 months as well as I did phase of challenges. totally wasted of my name in this company. 1. Management zero,no pf,no medical,no ot. 2. As per your salary so they will deduct anytime or if you will request to new increment own salary so forget about its.they will never. 3.not salary pay on time. 4. No project architect. 5.Not project working management. 6.late night stay. 7. always hear get abuse by the company.
