Pros
Coworkers are great and cross-department cooperation was generally pretty good. Met some amazing creatives and hard workers here. Work-life balance was also decent for me, but I do know certain other positions were more overworked. The work itself was decently engaging, especially if you lean towards creativity. Office snacks and drinks were also pretty good.
Cons
CEO doesn't know what he's doing, many missed opportunities to increase company revenue, and there's no clear way to advance into higher positions. Lots of scheduling stuff and deadline expectations didn't make any sense considering how late things often got started in each production process causing rushed work and a mindset of "just get it done, this is good enough" which I found a little demoralizing. Don't get me wrong, some great stuff was occasionally still made but it could have happened more often, in my opinion, had each part of production had more time.
