Gentari has an employee rating of 3.5 out of 5 stars, based on 20 company reviews on Glassdoor which indicates that most employees have a good working experience there.
Flexible room to learn cross-function and cross-business.
Cons
Fast-paced with small setup requires one to take on multiple hats - good exposure with risk of burn out if not being mindful of self-care and priorities
Great people, actually incredible people and office location
Cons
Very misleading upper management (based in Kuala Lumpur). Classic bait and switch, work all year and less then 10 days from the time they're due to pay annual bonuses pledge when negotiating contracts they say they can't be paid until March Then provide no guarantees they'll pay them at all... Despite the parent company making 100's of millions in profits. Workers deserve more transparency and respect in a skills shortage market.
