Thanks for your reported matter, even the choice of words could have been better. We as organization will keep your name still confidential to protect your future. You can imagine if some organization hires a 10 years plus experienced person , there are clear job responsibility, expectations, and on the job training cum orientations ensures new members settle as fast as possible. You can imagine organization can only train you but can NOT educate you , can give limited time to perform and not whole life . Even after that we try to adjust to put such people on other low profile but if that also does not work then EXIT is the only option left to any private owned organization unless and until we fear from such kind of ' UNKIND" reviews and keep you for long . By writing such remarks you are not only harming yourself but also creating wrong impression to the candidates in general . We understand leaving a job is not a easy decision but again in any private organization the only way to survive is " Performance" else look for Govt. Job but thanks to new Govt of India initiatives even performance is expected from a govt. employee as well . Last but not the least you may not seen our management but we have seen many good 2 to 5 years team members outperforming your kind of 10 years plus.... Geo Informatics is meant for ONLY and ONLY for performers and confident members and we are glad your " unholy" comments will act as FILTER to your kind of thinkers ....We are proud of our TEAM but we sometimes not able to filter well as get some low end members like you. Yes Rules need to be changing with time. We are trying to be with time as we are here selling products and services which are making companies ahead than others so why not ourselves ?? Thanks ..
