The CEO is very involved in every department- perk of a small biz operation. Always puts the employees first and engages with feedback in a very positive manner.
Cons
Most work is remote other than the warehouse so we lose a little bit of the cohesiveness and team building we could achieve if we were in an office setting. We still manage just fine with zoom though.
CEO is accessible and always able to be contacted. Never have to go through someone else, problems/issues/concerns get immediate attention. Generous salary, flexible hours, partial telecommute options.
Cons
Weekends and holidays aren’t always guaranteed off, but flexible hours if we do have to work them.
