Pros
Stable work, good life/work balance. Salaries are little over the average. They make an effort to keep employees updated. Keep the company updated with new tecnologies.
Cons
Raises are almost impossible. Many employees work on customer facilities wich makes so difficult to keep contact between all the teams. Sometimes you can forget you are working for the company because od the lack of touch.
