Pros
The energy is fun, you learn new skills and meet some good people. They are for the most part kind and understanding of needed time off or things like that. If you have to miss a day, you have the option to make it up that weekend. The pay isn't bad for the work, there are several people in you're management that are wonderful and glad to help.
Cons
There is no consistency within the hierarchy of the company. They will tell their employees "if you do this, you'll get a bonus, or a prize." And not deliver on their word. If it's busy, you're pretty much on your own. Management will leave before employees, leaving them too fend for themselves in the case of a question or customer issue. It didn't feel like anyone was paying attention and communicating between departments.
