      Busy at times, with nice and helpful people working there.

      Cons

      Incompetent management, operations director is a bellowing ape at times. Owners of the business are naive with no sense of what it takes to run a business.

      Little to no employee engagement and no role definition. Lacks Management, employment and progression—too much emphasis on tech and not enough on the People. People are the asset here, and more needs to be done to improve their management, communications and delivering on big promises.
