Terrific management team, supervisor has no knowledge about leadership and lead the team, supervisors are extremely biased towards one particular employee, blindly & quickly judge without observing any skills or abilities, late salary disbursement, extremely late annual increment decision taking, poor evaluation & increment, no motivation, stressful work environment, strictly maintain office entry time wherever there is no time to leave office, typical management team thought whoever stay late at office are only efficient employees and who done their work on time are not actually working, they treat employees as garbage and when employees give resignation they try to retain them then if employees reject their offers they stucked all their exit documents and pending payments,they stopped all their employee benefits one by one, horrible typical mentality.
