      Pros

      Really nice and creative artists, the job is done. Inclusive and safe environnement. Positive attitude regarding problems : solution driven company.

      Cons

      Even if they are polite and positive, managment can sometimes feel off-ground. The "please the client" policy put pressure on artists sometimes.

      One of the best animation companies I've worked for

      Pros

      Gigglebug has a great work culture, with good work-life balance. Despite suffering from the usual issues animation companies face (tight deadlines, chaotic productions, though clients), the studio tries it's best to improve with every project and to keep the employees happy and with balanced workloads.

      Cons

      Production workers usually have lower salaries and a very heavy work-load
