      Pros

      No pro's. It seemed like the perfect company/ organization to work for but it's not. Employees are constantly being over worked, salary is low and management does not value their staff.

      Cons

      Poor management - from the CEO going down the hierarchy. Low salaries, no bonuses or incentives. Workers are not valued and there is no growth.

      If any, it will be the experience gained. Business is growing

      Cons

      Poor Management. Poor Leadership within sub departments. Salaries are poor and doesn't match the job function. No increases nor incentives for staff members to stay motivated. No investment in upskilling staff. Lack of clear communication. Very poor technology used. No work life balance.
