I am valued and recognized for the contributions I make to the organization. At Gilmore, we not only care about enriching the lives of our clients, but our team, families and the communities that we serve. There is great leadership who is open to new ideas and concerns. Company culture is awesome. We have a lot of team bonding and employee satisfaction events throughout each quarter! Overall, we have a great team who is like a second family!
Cons
Having the team spread across 3 offices. To help people still feel connected, we do a lot of remote events and activities on Microsoft Teams.
