Interesting product and nice office

Really bad management, no idea how to manage people. Dont tell employee what going on, many secrets and lies from top management. No work life balance and many times not paying salary or insurance on time even though CEO is driving big BMW. They are using people and expect they will give their life like CEO. No work from home and must have exactly 9 hours every day or they are taking from your salary. Oh, and many ggod review here is because the company told people to do it.

Exciting Work, Abusive Culture - escape while you can

Working with smart people, you work on exciting projects, you are pushed to your limits... my boss is a great guy, his boss is a jerk

Cons

The management process is abusive and micromanaging you. You are forced to ride people and stack rank employees mostly the HR girls which are checking you all the time...I've been forced to give reviews here, and high ratings because of politics and difficulties of the HR to hire good people.

Not everything that shines is gold

Pros

Looks good on paper... High-tech, fun, good location in Tel Aviv, modern and beautiful office (although very impractical), free beer, area for smoking outside, huge kitchen.

Cons

Micro-management, late payment of salaries, no payment of the pension funds and other benefits. Moreover, they make mistakes on the paychecks often, don't miss an hour of work because, they'll deduct it from your paycheck. No 10bis, no fun days.
