Pros
Brilliant place to start a career with good opportunities to learn. Willing to teach anyone with the desire to develop. This includes people with and without degrees for entry level roles. Easy to get to. Bank Holidays are off. Small company vibe.
Cons
Very toxic, blame culture environment. Inefficient communication Some roles are paid way bellow average. Not willing to accept and adapt to change even in regards to the betterment of the company. Lots of toxic gossip. If bonuses and perks are your thing, look else where.
