Easy interview process, salary can be a but better, bit pretty good with the extense side benefits. The workload manageable, but not in every department.
Cons
There is a lack of team leadership by managers and very bureaucratic internal processes. Most colleagues are nice and helpful, but there are also toxic colleagues on the loose. There is no meaningful work, and everything sits for days on end.
