Globnet will hire people who have less than perfect references, in fact, I believe they never check a person's references....so if you are having problems getting any other employer to accept you, you might have a chance with them.
Cons
This recruiting company has, in the past, never paid consistently on time. We have never known when we would get our pay....sometimes it was on the 1st of the month, sometimes on the 15th...or anytime in between. They will always find a way to cheat employees out of getting full payments for air tickets and annual bonuses. While other recruiters give their employee annual cost of living increases (which the government pays for), this recruiter pockets that money and gives no salary increase to the teachers. They also have cut back on the medical insurance coverage on nearly an annual basis. Of all the recruiters supplying teachers for the Ministry of Manpower, they are known to be the worst....hands down.
