Work in a close-knit environment President really cares about everyone We get to do a lot of creative things and it’s been a lot of fun We take courses on all types of subjects: marketing etc which makes my position fulfilling Freedom to create your own hours You learn a lot and people are honest which allows you to grow

This organization is remote and always “hiring”
Cons
Your time will be wasted at this organization. It is completely dysfunctional and you will either have to be online to watch your boss work or you’ll be expected to revamp the whole organization. Nothing is ever on time or reasonable. The mission is admirable but there’s a reason no one sticks around.
