      Pros

      There is really no pros, maybe the fact that they didn't try to scam any of my money

      Cons

      - The manager fires people on a daily basis because she cannot work with anyone. 0 management skill - Jungle rule. You won't learn anything but they expect you to be perfect - Personal attack. and attack in public. I guess my dear manager love blaming others in loud voice for the entire world to see as some kind of hobby after their hard working day - Badmouthing customers. I have not seen any company survives while disrespecting their own customer on a daily basis. this is the most toxic culture ever - They rule by fear so I guess that is a kind of their culture too.

      Colleagues are friendly (knock on wood)

      Cons

      Training materials are not enough (you'll know when you're assigned a case) Parking fee was not covered Task are distributed in a pretty weird way (once again, you'll know it when you're told to do a task) I'm not sure of other Departments, but the Admissions team which I worked in, it's pretty disorganized and kinda hectic. This will make the job a hundred times more tiring when you can't keep track of everything, and you'll be scolded for that Oh and another thing, the Admissions team is always hiring (which I also think it's a red flag). They even fired a person who only got in for more than a week.
