      - 25 Days Annual Leave - If you have good bosses, you can easily get 2-3 months performance bonus (annual)

      Cons

      - Difficult colleagues to work alongside with, which may quickly determine the duration of your stay in the company - Prehistoric way of doing things (e.g. using excel for claims...too many to be mentioned here)
