      One and done - They lied

      Pros

      The contract they wind up putting you on is a very close match for your skillset and interests

      Cons

      Management abandons you and you're the only one with the client. They promise things and don't deliver. Once you're done with the contract you're working on, they don't even have the decency to fire you in person, they fire you by email.

      There is absolutely none. Just don't work here period.

      Cons

      Very unprofessional staff. Soon as you're hired management is behind the scene. It's also questionable how they can even get a rating. There is no potential for company's growth.

      Pros

      Global TechPro is a great place to grow and work with smart people. Management communicates goals clearly and provides the guidance needed to perform well. The company encourages skill development, continuous learning, and career progression. Overall I felt a motivating atmosphere where contributions are valued and members feel recognized.

      Cons

      No major downsides at this time. Overall a very positive experience.
