      Great for underskilled workers to experiment/learn but blatant favoritism and mismanagement ruin the company.

      Pros

      Will hire or promote anyone regardless of skillset All departments are small groups with a fun atmosphere Very laid back atmosphere. Health care OK.

      Cons

      Company now run out of Denver co. Purposely deteriorating offices outside of that area. Promotions based on favoritism Most employees 15-40% underpaid Most managers are not qualified. Hard to get supplies, equipment if not in Denver

      Slow to change, but moving in the right direction

      Pros

      Good management, positive environment, opportunities to advance, great coworkers.

      Cons

      Some internal resistance to any change at all made it slow to make the right changes, missing out on leading the industry. I hope it can catch up. I have a great deal of affection for the people who work there and run the company. They need better products and the ability to make changes faster.

      Pros

      Co-workers are great. In-office happy hour on Friday afternoons.

      Cons

      Upper management is driving this company into the ground. Lack of communication. Bonuses are promised and then not delivered. Complete lack of respect from upper management. No opportunity for advancement unless you are one of the elite. Too much camaraderie between HR and management leads to a questionable ethical situation. Low wages and insufficient benefits.
