Pros
We worked remotely and all the payments were in time.
Cons
Although the company has some “different ideas” promoting “work life balance”, the truth is that there’s no balance when you humiliate your pears and make them feel worthless. For a place that states on their site that they care about mental health, is truly disappointing to see the disregard towards the feelings and work of others. This coming from the CEO, does not sit well with the marketing they’re trying to put out. Constant pressure and meetings where you would be ashamed and criticized.

Yet small, you have all the space to. learn and grow fast. People-oriented and management truly looks after you. You have periodic meetings with talent management and you define your goals and achievements . You can have Coaching sessions as well. As an 100% full remote company that means trust is most important asset in the company. Strong leadership. Based in the interior of Portugal, as a sense of promoting less developed areas of Portugal. Great mission. Very inclusive.
Cons
Being 100% remote, means people are not together in presence all the time. Some collegaues are in Brasil, UK, USA and Portugal. I believe the companies is doing efforts to keep people closer using the magic of tecnhology .
