Good for fresh graduates People are very welcoming and approachable You can learn different things even those that are not within your role You can learn effective time management

Cons

Have to render 10 hrs in the office, breaks included A very minimal salary increase is offered Will bombard you with tasks as long as you have spare time, even 30 mins.

Go Crayons is a company that is ideal for recent graduates as their initial step in their professions. It's a location where you can hone your abilities, and I can honestly say that I've learned a lot from them. They also offer a "Personal Advancement" task to learn topics from several departments. Aside from that, the environment is friendly, as are the employees can assist you in becoming more comfortable and making new acquaintances who can also teach you things you don't know.
