      - Great benefits in terms of HMO, Doctor on site, reimbursements up to 10k for medical supplies, and etc. - Amazing monthly events!! - Give updates to almost everything including weather and building etc - Awesome leaders and employees

      Cons

      >>> ANNUAL LEAVES Only have 10 annual leaves through accumulation process for 12 months for your 1st year. 5 - Vacation Leaves 5 - Sick Leaves (convertible cash) 5 - Service Incentive Leaves (given after your first anniversary and another 5 for every work anniversary there after) The 2 weeks Christmas Holiday off is not guaranteed as it will still depend on your client's need. You may still be able to work during that time, otherwise you will have other options like: 1. Off but you will need to use your accumulated annual leaves which means that you will have to save them for Christmas rather than use them on any other time you need it. 2. Take the holiday but you will not get paid for the time off. 2. Totally for free IF your client will pay for it. >>> SALARY Compensation for VA isn't enough, Salary Increase can't keep up with the current inflation rate at all. Employees run a tool to keep track of your work activity and must comply to 7.5 hrs of work every day. This only means that if you are quick to finish your task, tendency is that they will give you more without any salary increase.

      Strong Work Politics

      one of the strong qualities that you need to have when applying for this company is you must have a thick skin and you must know how to play the game, as this company has a strong office politics. Leadership Coached has poor to no managerial skills despite their experience and you must not trust them, during your one on one coaching as it can lead to betrayal in the end and as they use it against you if they dont like you. Managers will also borrow money from their subordinates as well not only that but Leadership Coaches will make you do task outside your job description, like make you make coffee for them and such (basically secretarial stuff for them)

      Pros

      Health 200k and Life Insurance amounting to 1M.

      Cons

      I don't see any growth with my position, it became routinary. Also, I find it strict that you need to be active in your laptop for 7.5 hours per day. What if you're productive enough and easily finished the task or your output? Does that mean you're not working because your laptop is inactive? A probable means that your tasks will increase without your salary increasing. And salary increase per year is so little.
