Some talented colleagues who were enjoyable to work with.

The business was not profitable and constantly struggled to find sustainable direction. Leadership often tried to “reinvent the wheel,” but these initiatives failed repeatedly. The lack of clear strategy and ineffective management created instability and frustration.
