      Pros

      Close knit team with open door policy innovating from the from. Management team fully approachable. No blame culture, everything is as a team with a consistent focus on how to improve and innovate.

      Cons

      Remote office location, but most work hours are from home so that's not really a problem

      Annual pay rises as they want to keep experienced and good staff

      Cons

      Flat hierarchy prevents career progression path. Management team are a club which other members of the business are not allowed to join. Business decisions are made without consulting teams. Departmental managers are not really managers as they have no power.
