Very Innovative and Ambitious product. Innovative scale up with great potential. Dynamic at implementing ideas and responding to customers feedback by add more features.
Cons
Need more funding to build a fully ready SAAS business. Salaries are not in line with the market especially the tech but this is understood as they lack sufficient funding.

Pros
You get a feel for different roles and responsibilities working for a startup and the morale of the team is one of the best parts of working at GLS. The offices and facilities are impressive and there is a great mix of cultures within the firm. You can also move up through the ranks at an impressive rate with the correct work rate and mindset.
Cons
If you require concrete structure and organisation then a startup might not be the best place for that individual. The workplace can get quite hectic and tensions can rise at times as people are chasing one common goal, success.
