Pros
There was nothing positive about this company. The first two months was great but it went downhill afterwards due to the horrible management.
Cons
Definitely play favoritism, salesman does not help and push work off onto others even when we had deadlines to finish other things. Lack of professionalism and they never get there products out on time to the customer always give excuses on why an order is 3 months late when the planner does not do her job. No proper training. Director has no experience on being a good manager.

Pros
The working environment is great, the team is professional but you can still have a laugh. Engineering manager is brilliant and there is opportunities to grow within the business.
Cons
Communication between departments can be weak at times, but I wouldn’t say it’s any more than your average company.
