Pros
If you love work and have no life you will probably get along fine here. As long as you don’t like to think for yourself or speak out and just say yes you will probably even work up the ladder, but why would you want to at that cost?
Cons
working here made me Ill multiple times due to stress, being harrsed to overwork and generally being mentally drained from the micromanagement and arguements management would have when trying to push blame on workers for there mistakes. The other machinists would set you up to throw a job out on purpose so they would appear to be better at the job than you. Of course no action taken from management as long as money is being made.
