Joined in here as a trainee and grew up to the leadership position in a span of three years! Company gives you lots of opportunities to explore your areas of interest and are always ready to invest in your growth. Office typically gives you a feeling on a college with a bunch of smart heads working together. 2-3 years of work experience in a start up like this can take off your career 6 years ahead. The co employees are very helpful and create a positive vibe.
Cons
This cannot be your company of interest if you have a laid back mind set which rather suits MNCs ( maybe ). Work pressure is high during the campaign launch days and other important dates. Time management skill is very essential in this organisation.
