      1. Meritocracy (career progression/compensation is directly linked to performance) 2. Fun, smart teammates 3. Clients are some of the biggest/best companies in Brazil 4. Collaborative environment

      1. Lots of travels (most projects are not in Sao Paulo, where the company is based) 2. Not very flexible in terms of changes (ex.: changes in internal policies or in benefits)
