      Pros

      You can learn a lot here. But for me my experience start from here as a full stack developer. But they love to do makan-makan. In term of knowledge yes you can learn here. But if you looking for more salary not recommended.

      Cons

      But the salary quite so so. Benefit also so so. For bonus you only get cny bonus. I can say no bonus at all.

      Work-life balance for sure. Colleagues are friendly and willing to guide you.

      Cons

      Do not expect you will have a good increment due to less business. The yearly bonus is fixed for 1 month. Not many skills can pick in this company.
