Loves to greenwash when they say they market themselves as a sustainabilitu company. The founder loves to say would you eat those veggies that don't look nice? Throw them away! He does not even know anything about ugly food or sustainability. Basically a "farming" company where the in charges knows nothing about plants and claims to be an expert on it and it is a very difficult person to work with. Many people, including those in leadership positions have left because of him. In other words, don't join them.
