      The culture at Groundline is genuine. They really do focus on their people, and they mean it, right from the top. The company and people are very experienced and professional, at the same time, approachable and kind.

      Cons

      The industry is very busy at the moment, and sometimes you can feel customers applying pressure, but the company does filter pressure very well.
