Group-O does a great job of organizing events to give back to the community. There are always opportunities to volunteer for a wide variety of different organizations that Group-O partners with.

They treat you like family and are very understanding of personal situations and are very accommodating.

Cons

The job is mostly customer service so it is very rough from that aspect and can be very repetitive.
