      No HT department. Toxic work environment. Stressful work environment. Not a fun engaging culture. Micromanagement. Owners and senior management thinks they ate better than their employees.

      The salary looks high, but really not worth it at all for the extra effort and extreme stress

      people leave the business very often in a few days, a few weeks, and a few months, with very high staff turnover
