Pros
There is nothing but Pros working at Grungo Colarulo. My first day here I was greeted with kindness, support, valuable information and was assured I was part of a work family. It is a great place to work. Everyone is special in their own way. It is absolutely the best law firm I have worked for in many years. So glad to be a part of this family. They care about you as an individual. That goes a long way!

If there is anything that I would suggest is to have a window.

True family culture, which starts w the partners. Hardworking and caring team members who truly have each other’s backs. Always room for growth too. The firms values are actually implemented.
Cons
None! Which is why I’m still a current staff member. I’ve never worked at a place that cares for each other so much.
