Pros

Remote work, but that’s the only pro and every employer offers that now.

Cons

No benefits, other than minimal PTO and employee paid health insurance. No equipment is provided and there is no reimbursement for using your own. The CEO is super toxic and tries to set staff against each other. He has made almost every employee cry at least once, some at least once per day.

Pros

The only pro is the ability to work from home.

Cons

- Very toxic, unprofessional management - Independent contractor - High turnover rate - If you state any feedback or opinion that they don’t agree with, they will fire you with no warning - Pay is not the best - Very little chance for improvement

Unethical to the core

Pros

Maybe a paycheck, if it even arrives on time.

Cons

I can't even begin to describe how toxic and unethical this place is. They control your every move like you're on a leash. The CEO acts like dictator, setting people up against each other just to see who cracks first. It's all smoke and mirrors, and the longer you stay, the more you realize it's a complete scam. Turnover is insane because nobody lasts under that kind of stress. Feedback isn't welcome unless you're praising them, and if you dare to speak up, you're gone before you can blink. It's the kind of job that makes you question your self-worth and sanity.
