Pros
The company has a known presence and makes the job easy to do if you are versed in the firearms industry. The people at the company are almost all great to work with and will do their best to help you. Very much on a on your own role which is good for setting your own day but difficult when you need help.
Cons
Senior level management makes decision that make it difficult to progress in the role and offer little to no help. However they always seek larger and larger sales per month regardless of the status of the market.
