      Nothing to mention..There is no Negative Rating, else would have rated in Negative... Don't even think of Joining Gyansys!!! it won't run for a longer Period!

      Cons

      Anything & Everything!!! one of the worst Organisation which forces the employees to Put Fake Experience just to serve there purpose. Once the work is done, you will be ditched without any Payment. The Account Manager is the biggest Fraud. It's a Family run Grocery Shop! Zero Ethics! They bring the Full TIme Employees from MNC's & make to work as Freelancers & leading to Dual Employment.

      None...absolutely none....no pros working here at all

      Cons

      Everything was great at first until I got to the headquarters and realized I was the minority as a white female. The president of the company and 3/4 of the management is of Indian decent and unless you are too, you will get treated like a piece of trash!

      GyanSys is a Woman Owned Business Enterprise and more than 50% of US employees are US citizens. We respect women and encourage diversity in workplace. Promotions are based entirely on performance.

      Torture for Freshers 3 years Bond

      I have not felt anything yet.

      Cons

      They didn't mention anything about a 3 YEAR BOND costing 3 Lakhs until I actually left all other opportunities and joined the firm. I and my batchmates got the bond notice few days after we joined, a time when we had no other choice but to be enslaved. Environment is really negative.
