Pros
management is great, friendly enviroment- you are rewarded if you work hard. If a problem arrises management works with us to resolve it
Cons
I found some employees ruin it for the rest of us- they do not do their job and complain about everything. We ended up picking up their slack- luckly these 'workers' were let go so we could enjoy a better working enviroment.

Work in a large number of different environments.
Cons
Owner is a dictator who feels it is his way or the highway. Management micromanages everything down to the minute. There is no faith in employees' skills, honesty or abilities. Backbiting is the only way to succeed. Owner will knock you down to convince you there is nowhere to go.
