      Pros

      Scrappy, finish the sale, good at pleasing some high-profile clients.

      Cons

      Operations hamstrung by size of facilities, spendthrift management looking to raise valuation of company for possible sale... will eventually be someone else's problem. Middle management often gets stuck doing things a certain way... not necessarily the right way. IT Dept. resistant to changes.

      The associate level people are good people. Not management.

      Cons

      Too many down sides. Bad pay. No benefits. Turnover rate is so high they hire multiple people and see who stays.
