      -office is nice, good spot

      Cons

      -unorganized and lack of structure -extremely time consuming for little to no incentives -upper management offers no mentorship -hard to stay motivated -not a great 401k program

      Pros

      If you’re a motivated individual, this is a good opportunity. It’s a sales organization run by a someone in the trenches with you. Based on my conversations with friends, that seems rare. Hours are very reasonable. Pay is solid even though the market has been tough the last year

      Cons

      Lots of good days and bad days. Hard to stay level headed. Sometimes you can feel discouraged when you don’t get meetings.
