      Pros

      the only pro in this company is that you will find good colleagues. However once they get into management then it is a different story.

      Cons

      Leadership and Management are really dumb. CEO is is guided by a bunch of clowns. CEO's decisions are questionable. People get laid off as and when they feel like it. They only value sales staff. All who are in leadership positions are all people who are not capable of leading the teams to the fullest extent. To reduce costs they simply lay off from the bottom instead of laying off from the top.
